I read this article awhile ago. It may be my ticket to organic farming given that I have no land. I just need to figure out a price at which customers would be interested and I would make it worth my time. The basic concept is that you, the farmer, create gardens and maintain them in a customers back yard. The customer then has fresh veggies and herbs right outside their door…fresh and almost no carbon footprint provided that the farmer doesn’t travel too far to get to the property. Better than a CSA in some ways since the farmer only plants what the customer wants.
